At the invitation of the Zambezi Valley Agency, the Promove Comércio Project, implemented by DAI, through its Operations Manager Ascenção Machel, participated in the Maputo International Fair (FACIM) during a workshop focused on export opportunities to the European Union market. During the event, informational materials about the Economic Partnership Agreement between SADC and the European Union (SADC-EU EPA) were distributed, providing detailed explanations of the necessary steps for exporting.
In addition, export opportunities for oilseeds from Mozambique to the European market were discussed. The initiative aims to encourage and empower local producers to better take advantage of the trade and competitive benefits offered by the SADC-EU EPA, thereby boosting the country’s economy through international trade.
