This project is part of a wider programme called Supporting Trade and Development in Mozambique – “PROMOVE Comércio” signed between the Government of Mozambique and the European Union for a total of 12 million EUR.

UNIDO implements a 6.5 million EUR of the total PROMOVE Comércio programme. The period of implementation of the PROMOVE Comércio project with UNIDO as the implementing partner started on 1 March 2020 and ends on 1 March 2024. The project intervention logic is designed to impact on improvement of trade and business environment for priority Value Chains with strong potential for regional and global trade, growth and job creation.
